🌿 Grounded Walking Meditation 🌿

Join us for a guided, mindful walking meditation focused on presence, breath, and grounding in nature. Devin will be leading the group and offering gentle prompts throughout the walk to support awareness and connection.

📅 Date: May 16th
⏰ Time: 9:30 AM (please arrive a few minutes early)

📍 Meeting Location:
We will meet at the Cordage Park trail entrance near 10 Cordage Park Circle, Plymouth, MA 02360, close to the main parking area by the waterfront trail access. Look for the group gathering at the start of the walking path.

From there, we will walk together to Nelson Memorial Park and then return to the starting point.

🌱 What to expect:
This is a slow, intentional walking practice with periodic guided prompts for grounding, breath awareness, and sensory presence. Silence will be encouraged at times to deepen the experience, with space for reflection and gentle connection.

👟 What to bring:

  • Comfortable walking shoes

  • Water

  • Weather-appropriate layers

  • A willingness to slow down and be present

All experience levels are welcome. The group will stay together at a mindful, relaxed pace.
