My Journey Into This Work
My path into this work was not one I planned, it was one I was led to through my own journey.
For many years, I carried experiences that deeply shaped the way I saw myself, my relationships, and the world around me. I am a survivor of abuse, and throughout my life I have navigated the lasting impact of trauma, complex PTSD, OCD, and the ways our experiences can become woven into our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
My journey has included seasons of deep challenge, navigating major life transitions, spiritual awakenings, grief, career changes, and relationships that taught me important lessons about boundaries, self-worth, and recognizing what truly supports my well-being.
There were moments when I felt disconnected from myself, overwhelmed by my experiences, and unsure of how to move forward. But through that process, I began to discover something powerful:
Healing is not about erasing what happened.
Healing is about learning to reconnect with yourself, understand your patterns, create safety within your body, and build a relationship with yourself rooted in compassion and self-trust.
Through my own journey, I learned the importance of working with the whole person — the mind, body, emotions, and lived experiences. I discovered the power of nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, mindfulness, movement, and compassionate self-exploration.
Why I Do This Work
I do this work because I know what it feels like to search for answers, to carry experiences that feel difficult to understand, and to wonder if life can truly feel different.
I believe people deserve to feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate their healing journey.
My role is not to fix you or tell you who you should become.
My role is to create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, understand your experiences, and begin to trust your own inner wisdom.
I believe healing happens when we are able to meet ourselves with compassion, awareness, and acceptance.
What I Believe
I believe you are not defined by what has happened to you.
I believe the body holds wisdom and that reconnecting with ourselves can create profound transformation.
I believe our patterns are not failures — they are often ways we learned to protect ourselves.
I believe healing is not linear. It is a process of learning, unlearning, integrating, and creating a new relationship with ourselves.
Most importantly, I believe there is always a path back to yourself.
