Information Overload
Sometimes, we just need to take a minute to chill.
Step away from the books, the podcasts, the YouTube videos—even the endless stream of content on social media. Taking a pause doesn’t mean we’re doing something wrong. In fact, it’s a deeply natural and necessary part of growth.
We’ve been conditioned to believe that constant consumption, learning, and stimulation equals progress. But in truth, our energy system—and by extension, our nervous system and physical body—regularly send us signals to step back. To detach. To recenter.
This pause isn’t a setback; it’s sacred.
It allows us to realign, recalibrate, and integrate what we’ve received from the outside world. Without taking time to embody new knowledge or to consciously disengage from certain inputs, we can’t truly walk the path that leads us home—to our most aligned, authentic self.
Your nervous system and physical body are some of your greatest guides on this ascension journey. They speak to you constantly—if you're willing to listen.
Integration is where transformation becomes real.
The information we absorb can prepare us to expand our consciousness and move upward—but then comes the descent. The bodies of light, activated through higher awareness, must descend back down into the energy system of this earthly plane—a lower dimension—so that the wisdom becomes embodied, not just understood.
This is not a one-time process.
We will go through many ascensions and descensions, again and again, until we reach a state of sustainability. Eventually, a kind of "final seal" is placed within the body, allowing us to live from the level of consciousness that our soul is truly meant to express.
So if you're feeling the call to pause… listen.
You’re not falling behind. You’re aligning.
XO,
Dev
