Following the Signs

I know I’m not alone on this journey — noticing signs, synchronicities, the chills and coincidences that feel like nudges from something bigger. Some days the messages are gentle: a song on the radio, a repeating number, or a chance encounter that shifts everything. Other times they’re unmistakable and urgent, pushing me to pause, to listen, and to change direction.

In the beginning, I thought that whenever I saw repeating numbers or other signs special to me, it meant I was being guided toward something “good.” I still believe that — but I’ve come to understand it in a very different way. Signs don’t just lead us to happy endings; they guide us into experiences our soul needs. Sometimes that experience is beautiful, and other times it comes in the form of heartbreak. But even heartbreak can be necessary — the exact lesson our soul chose to grow through.

I remember yelling at God once: “How could you give me so many signs only to lead me here?” And the reminder came, gently: You are still learning. Your experiences are part of the plan.

If you’re conscious enough, you’ll also notice when the signs slow down or stop altogether. That’s not abandonment — it’s an invitation to realign, to check in, to pivot. Working with Spirit is not a one-way street. We can’t be deeply conscious one moment and then slip back into unconsciousness expecting to receive clear guidance. True alignment is a practice.

When we commit to this practice, in our own way and in our own time, we begin to see that the signs become consistent and balanced. Not too much or too little - they arrive right on time, every time. They serve as confirmation from our higher self, guiding us forward. When we’re truly engaged and living through our hearts, we begin to notice how manifestations move through us — first as a sensation in the body, then as a thought in the mind, confirmed by signs in the physical world sent from above and finally grounded through the actions we take in our lives.

So next time you notice a feeling in your body, hear something in your mind, see a sign… slow down. Become aware. Then keep following it, no matter where it may lead, because there is so much to be explored. And if the feelings, the emotions, the signs pause, check in: move your body, journal, spend time in nature — come back into the soul. Trust me, they will find if you commit to understanding yourself.
