This is a slow, guided walking experience along the rail trail in Plymouth.

We’ll move gently, pause along the way, and take time to breathe, stretch, and come back into the body.

It’s a space to step out of your head and into something simpler.

What to Expect:

  • A slow, grounded walking pace

  • Guided breath + mindfulness moments

  • Gentle stretching and integration stops

  • Time in nature to reset mentally and emotionally

  • A supportive, non-judgmental space

This is for you if you’ve been feeling:

  • Overwhelmed or mentally full

  • Disconnected from your body

  • In need of a reset

  • Craving time in nature without pressure

No experience needed.

Logistics:

  • Meet: Cordage Park (main parking lot, near trail entrance)

  • End: Nelson Memorial Park (we will be walking about 4 miles in total)

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early

  • Wear comfortable shoes + bring water

  • Weather-dependent (light rain = still possible)
